Access to and use of this website (“www.interlude.tv”) and all material displayed within its pages, is provided on the basis of the terms and conditions set out below. Any use of www.interlude.tv constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Copyright
All content on this website (“www.interlude.tv”) is protected by copyright law and is provided solely for non-commercial use. It may not be distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior permission. Your use of the site carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights. Unauthorised digital or analogue reproduction of any works or content displayed on the website (“www.interlude.tv”) will constitute an infringement of copyright.
Payment
All transactions are processed via PayPal in pounds sterling (GBP).
Prices
All prices are subject to change. We retain the right to adjust prices at any time and without notice.
UK Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days using Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured up to £500) which requires a signature.
Overseas Shipping (Europe and Rest of World)
Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any such additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Interlude accepts no responsibility for any import duties and taxes. We aim to dispatch overseas orders within 2 working days via Royal Mail’s overseas services (which requires a signature) and insurance is obtained for all overseas goods. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on any overseas goods.
Returns Policy
We very much hope you will be happy with any Interlude products you purchase. If for any reason you are not, please email us at ask@interlude.tv within 7 days of receiving your goods. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund your payment within 7 days. All refunds exclude postage costs. Interlude is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product.
Damage
If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing and we will contact Royal Mail who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. Do not return the damaged product to Interlude, notify us immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action.
Loss
Once the product has been dispatched to the delivery service, the risk of loss passes to the customer. If you have not received your goods within 14 days you must notify us via email.
Privacy Policy
Interlude sends regular email newsletters to those we believe to be interested in our work, products and services (i.e. shop registrants, customers, clients and subscribers). If for any reason you wish to stop receiving these emails, please use the unsubscribe link they contain or send a removal request to ask@interlude.tv
Interlude is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and is committed to ensuring customers privacy. All contact details provided are treated with strict confidence. We never share any personal information with third parties. Because we use PayPal for secure transactions no credit card or payment details are collected by us.

Varying monitor settings may affect the accuracy of actual colours of work shown. If you are using a PC, we recommend you view our site using Mozilla Firefox. If you are using a Mac (OSX or above), we recommend you view our site using Mozilla Firefox or Safari. Our website has been checked and can be viewed on Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator although irregularities may occur and certain functions may not be executed as intended.
