Winkball idents
Stop motion animations for online video messaging service Winkball. The brief was to create 5 second films which emphasised the potential fun to be had with Winkball. The paper cutout treatment was inspired by our memories of popup books and the Guess Who game. First off, we shot a selection of happy people making a variety of communicative gestures and expressions. From these a shortlist was made into sequences of miniature cardboard cutouts. The cutouts were reshot and animated with some minor post production. We also did all the audio design in house.
